WHY NOW?

WHEN AMERICA IS AT HER WEAKEST AND COVIDEMIC IS WANING?

America is at her weakest national leadership since Carter, who "in the eyes of U.S. enemies in the brittle Cold War era, it seemed America was without leadership and that there was an opportune moment to make a grab for power and establish global hegemony" (Henley, The Most Dangerous Moment, The Christian Post, 2022); at her weakest national leadership since Obama, who consistently bowed down and kowtowed to her national enemies. 

Obama has in just three short years in the White House has done more damage to American prestige and power than Jimmy Carter could have dreamed of accomplishing.  Obama has bent over and kowtowed to every anti-American regime in the world, instigated an “Arab Spring” that put Islamists in power over the moderate voices in Islam, emboldened parallel voices in China and Europe to allow them to challenge the Pax Americana… (Kenny, Obama’s Emasculation of America’s Military Must Be Stopped, Bearing Drift, 2012)

This is absolutely no time for America to be entering into any arena of war! And, her national enemies know it and are capitalizing on her weak leadership under Biden/Harris. Neither one exudes respect, confidence, or resolve to lead the world's only hope of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. "Barely one-third of Americans approve of the way President Biden is handling the threat of a Russian invasion of Ukraine" (Patteson, More than half of Americans give Biden thumbs-down on Ukraine crisis, New York Post, 2022) The timing is too targeted to the ineptitude of America's leaders to lead - this is no coincidence. 

The Ukrainian/Russian conflict is not new. It is not just now - February of 2022 - beginning, nor is the invasion of Russia into specific Ukrainian areas which have been in civil conflict with the Ukrainian government for well over a decade. This ongoing conflict is already 13,000 deaths old. "Even before the recently increased risk of a Russian invasion, the Ukrainian crisis, ravaging the Donbass region of the country, had amassed a death toll above the 13 thousand mark" (Armstrong, The World at War in 2022, Statista, 2022). 

Former President Trump acknowledged Russian leader Vladimir Putin's strategy  as “very savvy”, with the timing of Russia's military action synched with the very weak USA leadership of President Biden. Trump went on to say, “This is genius: Putin declares a big portion of Ukraine as independent. Oh, that’s wonderful ... I said: How smart is that?’” (Goldiner, Trump praises Putin as ‘genius’ and ‘very savvy’ for invading Ukraine, Daily News, 2022) capitalizing on the decades old Ukrainian civil conflict. As a strategist, who can argue Putin's strategy as being anything but brilliant - attack when your enemy is at their weakest.

Watch it! - Why now? This is no time to be putting the lives of our children into harms way in a conflict that is not new, nor the only conflict globally happening. There are warring conflicts happening all across the globe - nothing new. (Armstrong, The World at War in 2022, Statista, 2022) So, why the importance of this conflict and what happened to the Covid 19 pandemic headlines? Where are the Covidemic headlines? Is this 'new' Ukrainian/Russian conflict meant to take the world's eyes off of the Covidemic - its weakening state - its criminal cause - its progression/mutation - its worldwide destructive social/political/humanitarian effects? 

Are all of our media organizations corrupt enough to fall in line with the realigning of the world's attention on anything but what has impacted the whole world in a most devious way?  The conflict/invasion happening in Ukraine is a humanitarian crisis - no doubt about that! But so are the conflicts/invasions happening all across the world on every continent - including the massive invasion happening right on the southern border of the USA! Nevertheless, let us not allow our children to be drawn into a conflict that can be resolved with non-lethal actions. This Ukraine/Russian event never would have happened under Trump's leadership - "Not even a possibility!" Why now is the Ukraine/Russian conflict center stage - when the Covidemic is not resolved - not processed - not prosecuted - nor criminal charges executed? Watch it! Let's not let the most destructive world wide event to ever happen be allowed to disappear in the headlines, for it is certain to re-emerge if allowed to slip into obscurity. That 'defining moment' often refers to the moment when a person comes to that saving understanding of Christ. Extending the term of 'defining moment' to the political world can refer to the moment that a person comes to that rational understanding of being politically Right. Or, at least, that rational understanding of why the liberal left Democratic Party is not in line with the founding values of the United States of America - Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness.

Brandon Straka's story may be similar to your own. Maybe you were at one time lined up with the Democratic Party - maybe you still are - willing to accept some problematic contradictions to your own personal world view convictions in order to identify with the larger Democratic worldview represented as the party that serves the people.

Recently, he found himself behind bars for peacefully assembling on January 06th, 2021. The United States of America is the land of liberty. People across the world look to the USA as the model of where God's unalienable rights to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness takes place. Refugees, escapees, citizens from nations across the globe continuously attempt to enter the United States of America legally and illegally for purposes as varied as one can imagine. For any, attaining citizenship status is a privilege - a life changing prize. The privilege's of attaining legal citizen status includes the privilege of becoming part of the 'We' in the Preamble to the Declaration of Independence. With that 'We' privilege comes the power of the ballot vote - that most essential element of self-government that makes the United States of America the most unique nation ever created.

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.

Preamble to the Declaration of Independence

Voting in the USA is essential - and comes in many forms. Citizens can vote at the election ballot box, with their dollars, and with their voices. As important as ballot box integrity is in leading the direction of the nation's politics, the dollar and the voice should not be discounted. Your dollars and your voices impact the direction of USA politics in ways that may even sway decisions made by citizens at the ballot box. By choosing to patronize businesses and organizations that support your values, by sharing your opinion with family, friends, neighbors, and strangers, you are voting the direction you wish to see the United States of America to follow.

Make your votes count - research the businesses manufacturing products you are buying, research the businesses providing you with services, know where your dollars are going and speak up and out to your family, friends, neighbors, and strangers when you see something good that supports your values, and, when you see something bad that does not support your values. It does make a difference!

For example: Facebook mogul Mark Zuckerberg has been on the grill for financially interfering with the 2020 election, possibly facing criminal charges. The  Senate Commerce Committee "questioned Google CEO Sundar Pichai, Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg, and Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey, who had been called on to testify regarding Big Tech's recent political censorship and attempts to interfere in the 2020 election" (Cruz.Senate.Gov, 2020, SEN. CRUZ TO BIG TECH CEOS: WHO ELECTED YOU TO DECIDE WHAT THE MEDIA CAN REPORT AND WHAT THE AMERICAN PEOPLE CAN HEAR?) 

The result of this ongoing investigation of Facebook is that for the first time in its very lucrative history Facebook showed negative financial numbers. And not just by a little bit... but by a stock market record! "Facebook parent Meta lost more than $232 billion in value Thursday. That’s the biggest one-day drop in value in the history of the U.S. stock market" (Sherman, Facebook’s $232 billion fall sets record for largest one-day value drop in stock market history, CNBC, 2022). 

The people have voted with their dollar and their voices through their actions. Are you still on Facebook.... if so.... why?? And let's go further... are you still on Twitter? Do you still use Google? Is YouTube your go to video app? Do you still get your news from the usual main stream sources? Are you still subscribing to the mainstream newsprints? If so... why? There are options whose political, moral, and patriotic values line up politically with those who love and understand the conservative values upon which the United States of America came to be born. If this type of cancel culture action bothers you, you are not alone. "Cancelling his DirectTV subscription in response, Sen. Rand Paul asked, ‘Why give money to people who hate us?'" (Lamb, Conservative news station OAN dropped by AT&T-owned DirectTV, liberal activists take credit, Life Site News, 2022). If you, too, disagree with this type of political censorship by corporate entities, you, too, can take action - CANCEL your Direct TV and your AT&T services immediately! Let your voice be heard. Let your dollar vote count. Take action! I did. Even though I do not use either service, my mom did. I cancelled both her AT&T and Direct TV accounts and set her up with other providers. Even, at a better price! It pays to be patriotic.

A decade post the Tea Party's birth, a year post Donald Trump's presidency, on the heals of a very questionable presidential election, and in the midst of the weakest presidency in USA's history under Joe Biden - are United States citizen's more involved in politics than ever before? "Biden is incompetent, incoherent and frail." (Cummings, 2021, Abilene Reporter News) How anybody with any common sense can believe the Democratic Party picked Biden as their best candidate is just beyond comprehension! And as his numbers continue to sink in the polls it is apparent that more and more citizens who voted for him are wondering that very same question. "President Joe Biden’s overall disapproval rating reached a new high in December as more voters signaled their unhappiness..." (Franck, 2022, CNBC) And that report is from a very liberal, democratic supporting news agency, CNBC!

Presidential elections - especially the electoral system used to determine the winner - in the USA leave a lot of room for fraud. Being a republic, where representatives interpret the will of their constituents, it is not unusual to see democratic results contradict the republic results. However, common sense and mathematical probabilities call in to question the results of seemingly every presidential election since...well... since I can recall taking notice of such things, which was probably about the time of Jimmy Carter's narrow win in 1976. Is it any wonder over the decades that fewer and fewer people voted, or even took interest in politics.
